jurisdiction of this Court against the non-compliance of the judgment dated 30.04.2026, [Annexure P-1], in Shilpa Rani

& Ors. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh , whereby,

the case of the petitioners was covered by the judgment rendered in the case of [Ghanshyam Dass in CWP No. 2056 of 2023, decided on 21.03.2024] and Respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioners and, in case, they are similarly situate, mandated same benefits were to be extended to the petitioners herein, within eight weeks.
