3. Petitioner-Radha Devi has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court, against non-compliance of judgment dated 07.01.2026 [Annexure P-1 , passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.587 of 2026, titled as Radha Devi Versus State of Himachal Pradesh & Others, whereby, the

Respondents were directed to decide the representation [Annexure P-4] annexed with the said writ petition in the light of judgment in the case of Yashwant Kumar Versus State of H.P. and Others within four weeks, after affording an opportunity of hearing and by passing a speaking order.

4. Upon listing of instant petition, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither personal hearing is being given nor a speaking order on representation [Annexure P-4] has been passed as yet.

Court disposes of the instant contempt petition, with a direction to the Respondents to decide the representation [Annexure P-4] in terms of the order/ judgment dated 07.01.2026, in the light of judgment in the case of Yashwant Kumar [supra] within four weeks from today, after affording an opportunity of hearing and by passing a speaking order, in case, the said representation has not been decided as yet.
