Petitioner, has reported non-compliance of judgment dated 27.12.2024 (Annexure C-1), whereby the Respondents/Competent Authority was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 29.10.2024 [Annexure P-2 in said petition], in accordance with law, within six weeks.

2. Notice in instant proceedings was issued on 03.09.2026 and thereafter the matter was listed on 08.09.2026, when, this Court, observed that speaking

order in terms of the judgment dated 27.12.2024 [Annexure C-1], was absent.

Upon listing of the case today, learned State Counsel has placed on record a copy of order dated 24.04.2025 [taken on record], passed by Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Chamba alongwith Instructions dated 07.11.2026 [Taken on record], furnished by Director of School Education Himachal Pradesh to Learned State Counsel reiterating that the speaking order, has been passed, whereby, the petitioner has been held entitled for the pay scale of Rs. 5480-8925 with effect from 24.04.2002 and thereafter in revised pay scale of Rs.10300-34800 + 3200 GP with effect from 01.01.2006.

Since the speaking order has been passed and entitlement of the petitioner has been approved by the Respondents/Competent Authority, therefore, this Court closes the instant petition, leaving it open for the Respondents/Competent Authority to ensure release of admissible benefits, as flowing from the speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously and not later than 30.10.2026.

5. Resultantly, instant proceedings are closed and

the notice of contempt is accordingly discharged.

In aforesaid terms, instant petition shall stand

disposed of.
