Mr. Vikrant Chandel, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Ankush Thakur, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents.
Reply to the show cause notice has been filed in which, it has been mentioned that now the replying respondent has considered and decided the representation of the petitioner by passing speaking order dated 14.09.2026, copy of which is annexed as Annexure R-2/1. The respondent has also tendered unconditional, unqualified and sincere apology for the mistake committed in the communication dated 07.09.2026.
Therefore, in tis view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to revive the present petition, if she still remains aggrieved.
