After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh under the provision of Order 43 Rule 1 CPC. In addition to this, a prayer has also been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to extend the benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act, to the petitioner.
