Perusal of the communication dated 07.04.2026 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur District at Reckong Peo showed that the mandate of this Court's judgment (directions dated 02.06.2025 in CWP No.9147 of 2025) had been complied with — the benefit of the higher stage of pay was granted to the petitioner from the date he fulfills the prescribed eligibility conditions, i.e., after completion of the requisite two years of service after regularization (01.04.2024), strictly per the amended rules.
