By way of instant application, prayer has been made by the applicant/respondent to review/modify order dated 18.09.2025, passed by this Court in as much as it came to be recorded in the order that “Mr. Arvind Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents/bank states that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Vijay Kumar Arora, learned Senior Counsel, representing petitioner, the Managing Director Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. has constituted a Committee for resolution of anomaly among the Contractual Employees and Regular Employees appointed on Compassionate Grounds.”

It has been averred in the application that Committee, as detailed herein above, was not constituted to resolve the issue otherwise sought to be decided in the instant proceedings at the behest of the petitioner, rather for resolution of anomaly among contractual and regular employees appointed on compassionate grounds.

Mr. Arvind Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/respondent states that at the first instance, this Court was required to look into the question of maintainability of the petition against the respondent-Bank, however he was unable to dispute that despite there being repeated opportunities, applicant/respondent bank failed to file reply compelling this court to pass order dated 18.09.2025, which has been now sought to be reviewed through instant application.

Though this Court sees no reason to accept the prayer made in the instant application for recalling of order dated 18.09.2025, on account of the fact that Committee constituted for resolution of anomaly among contractual and regular employees appointed on compassionate grounds can also look into grouse of the petitioner with regard to pay anomaly, but to avoid confusion, this court deems it fit to dispose of the present application with direction to Managing Director Central Cooperative Bank Ltd to constitute a Committee for resolution of pay anomaly, if any, in the pay scale of regular/contractual employees, within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above, order dated 18.09.2025 is modified to the afore extent.
