This application has been filed for the release of the amount of compensation in a decided matter. It has been contended in the application that the appeal preferred by the State came to be dismissed on 13.05.2026. It has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the State that the aforesaid judgment has not been assailed before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

It is further contended by Ms.Kamakshi Tarlokta, learned counsel, that as per the findings returned by the learned Reference Court, it is only respondent No.1/applicant who is entitled to the entire amount of compensation.

Consequently, the present application is allowed, and the entire balance amount, along with up-to-date interest lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.1 by remitting the same into his savings bank account as mentioned in paragraph 5 of the application. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
