Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that objections in the case at hand have been wrongly filed before this court, rather in terms of notification dated 17.10.2022, whereby pecuniary jurisdiction of learned District Judge has been enhanced to the tune of Rs.1.00 crore, case at hand is required to be filed before the learned District Judge.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registry to retain photocopies of the objections along with other documents and return the originals to the petitioner, enabling it to present the same before the appropriate court of law. Needless to say, court concerned while dealing with the objections, if any, of limitation shall take note of the fact that at the first instance, petitioner
