“Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of office communication dated 21.11.2025 from the Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh to the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, conveying approval of the Government to provide additional funds amounting to Rs.1,75,353/-. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the said amount shall be released to the petitioner within next one week.

In sequel to above, learned Assistant Advocate

General has placed on record office instructions dated 03.12.2025 from the Director School Education, H.P. conveying that “in this regard it is submitted that as per information received from the Principal Government Senior Secondary School Bala District Bilaspur, the amount of Rs.175353/- on account of leave encashment has been credited in the account of petitioner. The Principal has further conveyed that nothing has been lying pending to be paid to the petitioner.”

2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above position. Learned counsel submits that for redressal of petitioner’s remaining grievances raised in this writ petition, concerning release of arrears of revised pension, gratuity and leave encashment, the petitioner be permitted to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage.

Taking note of the above, the writ petition to stand disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of his surviving grievance(s), if any. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
