HIGH COURT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH, SHIMLA — CWP No.4939 of 2025, decided 19.05.2025 (Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J.) — Petitioner (Champa Devi) sought benefits of the decision in Satya Devi Vs. State of H.P. and Others (CWP No. 2274 of 2021 and connected matters, decided 28.05.2024). The respondents assailed that judgment in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.20496/2024 and also filed separate Special Leave Petitions against the common decisions in connected matters, including State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Vs. Inder Pal (Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 11306/2025).
