Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as in

terms of Annexure-D, dated 04.01.2020 impugned by way of this petition, the Authority directed the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court of law for redressal of his grievance, these proceedings be closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail this remedy.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the execution petition is already pending, the Authority be directed to decide the same, within some reasonable time. In case, any execution is pending, the same be decided, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
