Learned counsel representing the petitioner, on

instructions of Ms. Neetu Magoo, Manager of the petitioner-Company,

states that on account of amicable settlement arrived interse petitioner-Company and the respondent Laxman Dutt, present petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly, same may be

disposed of.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner states that as

per the compromise, amount deposited by the petitioner-Company in

the Registry of this Court in terms of interim order dated 09.01.2023 may be released in favour of the respondent and thereafter, parties shall have no claim of any kind against each other.

Respondent, who is present in Court, while fairly acknowledging factum with regard to compromise, as detailed hereinabove, states that he has no objection in disposing of the petition in terms of the compromise.

Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as compromised. However, it is ordered that amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the respondent, by crediting the same in his saving bank account, details whereof, shall be furnished by learned counsel for the respondent within a period of one week. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
