While placing on record communication dated 21.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Commissioner State Taxes & Excise, Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that respondent No.4 i.e. Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes & Excise, District Sirmaur at Nahan, H.P. has intimated that Bill No.100087 dated 15.07.2025 amounting to Rs.1,91,872/- has duly been submitted in the District Treasury Office, Nahan at Sirmaur, for disbursement of the same in favour of the petitioner.

Having carefully perused the aforesaid communication as

well as documents annexed therewith, which are taken on record, this Court finds that Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes & Excise, District Sirmaur, has already submitted Bill to treasury office for the amount, as detailed hereinabove, for further disbursement to the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of with the direction to District Treasury Office, Nahan at Sirmaur to ensure that sum of Rs.1,91,872/-, as detailed hereinabove, is released in favour of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one week, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
