2. Petitioner seeks higher stage of pay, i.e. Rs.41,600/-, on completion of two years of regular service as TGT (Arts) in accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022.

appointed on regular basis on 28.01.2022, petitioner was placed in the pay-scale of Rs.38100/-. Petitioner claim for Rs.41600/- on completion of two years of regular service on the strength of notification dated 06.09.2022, amending Revised Pay Rules 2022, is covered under the decision rendered in CWP No.1638 of 2024 titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors . Since, the present petition is covered in view of law laid down in the said case, therefore, there is no necessity for calling the reply.

4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.41600/- to the petitioner w.e.f. his completing two years of regular service as Radiographer. This to be done within four weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
