Having perused aforesaid communication as well as

documents annexed therewith, this Court finds that petitioner himself filed representation to the respondents, requesting therein to adjust him at RTI, Jogindernagar, which prayer of him has been accepted.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and accordingly same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass order, thereby transferring the petitioner from Tehsil Office, Sangrah, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh to RTI, Jogindernagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh expeditiously, preferably within one week. Interim order dated 01.08.2025 is vacated. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
