By way of this petition, the petitioners have , inter alia , prayed for the following reliefs:-

“ a. That a deterrent show cause notices seeking personal presence of all the contemnors may kindly be issued at extant occurrence.

b. That further after perusing the material placed on record contemnor's may kindly be punished strictly in accordance with law for deliberately committing contempt of this Hon'ble Court, wilfully intentionally and consciously, having been dishonoured the orders dated: 28/11/2023, and 5/4/2024, passed CMPMO No.

That the contemnors thinking themselves to be above the law being head strong person may kindly be dealt with in accordance of law and justice may kindly be done to the applicants in the interest of justice and fair play by originating the present contempt proceedings and securing the rights of the parties to the lis.”

In light of the subsequent events which have taken place and in light of the unqualified and unconditional apology that stands tendered on behalf of the respondents for the inconvenience that was caused to the Court, by taking the said unqualified and unconditional apology on record, these proceedings are ordered to be closed. Notices stand discharged.
