Learned Deputy Advocate General has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure E-3 appended with the compliance affidavit and submitted that in terms of this order dated 11^th April, 2025, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Treasury Officer and he has been posted as such in the Sub Treasury Ner Chowk, District Mandi.

Learned Counsel submitted that though the order of promotion has been passed but the petitioner has yet not been relieved by the Authorities in light of the promotion order so passed on 11.04.2025 and it was mentioned therein that the petitioner shall join his duties within five days from the date of issuance of the order.

These proceedings are closed with the direction that in case the petitioner is not relieved by the Authorities by 05.05.2025, then he shall be deemed to have been relieved and thereafter, the petitioner is liberty to joint his place of posting post promotion forthwith. Notice discharged.
