Following order was passed in this matter on

“Petitioner was one of the petitioners in CWP No. 2343/2021 (Devi Chand & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.) and the same was disposed of on 18.05.2023 with following operative directions:-
“5. Accordingly, for all the aforesaid reasons, the present petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to regularize services of the petitioners on completion of 3 years of contractual service by them at par with their counter parts with all consequential benefits. This exercise be completed, by the respondents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the judgment. The decision so taken shall also be communicated to the petitioners. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.

Pursuant to the above, the respondents issued an office order dated 28.07.2025 (Annexure P-2), whereby the services of the petitioner (Non-B.Ed.), who had completed three years of continuous service as on 30.09.2017, were ordered to be regularized w.e.f. 04.10.2017, at par with their counterparts, with all consequential benefits.
3. Taking note of the aforesaid office order, COPC No. 356/2023 filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 29.07.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner now alleges non-compliance of the judgment as well as the office order dated 28.07.2025. It is urged that, though other petitioners in the said petition have been granted all consequential benefits and regular pay-scale, the same has been denied to the present petitioner. Attention in this regard was also invited to the documents appended as Annexure P-5.
4. In view of the above, issue notice. Mr. L.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Compliance affidavit/reply be filed within two weeks.

2. Pursuant to above order, learned Additional
Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 26.12.2025 from the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, conveying that due and admissible benefits have now been ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner under office order dated 24.12.2025. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that benefits due and admissible to the petitioner under the aforesaid office order shall be released in his favour within six weeks.

In view of above, the present contempt
proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
