By way of this application, a prayer has been made for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition.

Having heard learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants, as this Court is of the considered view that delay is bonafide, this application and the delay of 92 days in filing the Review Petition is condoned.

Court on 21.06.2024 is that Hon’ble Court has been pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the respondents in light of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in CWPOA No.195 of 2019, titled as Sheela Devi and others Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 28.12.2019, as affirmed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP© No.10399 of 2020, titled as the State of Himachal Pradesh and others Versus Sheela Devi and others, whereas the petitioners are also entitled for the benefits in terms of the judgment of this Court in CWP No.2411 of 2019, titled as Jagdish Chand Versus State of H.P. & others, referred to in the Review Petition for the purpose of increment. Learned Senior Counsel has drawn the attention of the Court to the pleadings which demonstrate that the petitioners had sought the relief of increments also thereto.

Therefore, as there appears to be an error on the face of the record, the Review Petition is allowed and judgment dated 21.06.2024 is hereby re-called. CWP No.10881 of 2024 is ordered to be restored to its original number. Registry is directed to place the same before the appropriate Bench on 06.01.2025.
