Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the record. Her contention is that as she was not able to make a prayer with regard to the inclusion of certain other institutions for the purpose of attachment of beds i.e., Civil Hospital Sundernagar and Zonal Hospital Mandi, therefore, the order be reviewed by adding the name of the said institution for the purpose of representation.

This Court is of the considered view that this is no ground for filing a review, because a review can only be done if there is an error apparent on the face of the record. Review cannot be sought on account of the error of the party concerned. Even otherwise, as liberty has been granted by the Court to the petitioner to make a representation with regard to the permanent attachment of the beds, it is always open to the petitioner to make appropriate request in the representation with regard to other institutions also. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any,

also stand disposed of.
