“Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Counsel submits that the award holder is willing to put an end to the entire issue, in case, the award debtor pays to the award holder an amount of Rs.33,58,167/- only. Learned Counsel for the petitioner herein to have instructions in this regard. List on 24.09.2025.”

Today, learned counsel appearing for the award debtor,

on instructions, that the matter can be settled by releasing an

amount of Rs.33,58,167/- in favour of the respondent/claimant and the remaining amount be released in favour of the award debtor.

In the light of the statement so made by learned counsel for the petitioner , these proceedings are disposed of with the direction that out of the amount that has been deposited with the Registry of this Court by the petitioner/award debtor, an amount of Rs.33,58,167/- be released in favour of the claimant/respondent forthwith in the bank account of the claimant/respondent, details whereof, shall be provided by the learned counsel claimant/respondent to the Registry of this Court within a period of one week and the balance amount with upto date interest be released in favour of the award debtor/petitioner.
