applicant/respondent No.1 Het Ram for release of amount of compensation in his favour, which has been deposited by the appellant-New India Assurance Company Ltd. in the Registry.
Main appeal stands disposed of on 12.11.2024. No objection has been communicated on behalf of non-applicant-appellant in allowing the application.
Accordingly, amount of compensation as per his entitlement of share in terms of award dated 12.11.2024 is directed to be released in his alongwith proportionate interest by remitting the same in his bank account, mentioned in Para-6 of the application. Photocopies of front pages of Pass Book have also been placed on record.
