In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in State of Himachal Pradesh Vs. Eka Bahadur1 , learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present execution petition be closed at this stage, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law at an appropriate stage for the redressal of his grievances.
