“Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the assurances given by the respondents as recorded in order dated 05.12.2024 have now been complied with. He further submits that instructions have been given to the Union Bank of India for releasing the due payment in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel further states that the needful shall be carried out and the amount shall be credited in the bank account of the petitioner within next two working days.
On his request, list on 17.12.2024.”
