The instant petition has been filed for grant of the

“(A) That the impugned act of the respondents above stated which amounts to executive inaction may be quashed and set aside with a direction to the respondents to immediately and forthwith upload admit card of the applicant and allow him to participate in the ground test for the post of Constable being conducted in District Sirmaur, on and with effect from

directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear in the test for the post of Constable being conducted in Sirmour district, scheduled to be held from 08.07.2019 to 12.07.2019, provisionally.
