“a) That the impugned order dated 16.04.2019, containing the rejection of claim of the applicant to the post of JBT Teacher under the category of Ward of Ex-serviceman (Annexure A-10) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

b) That the respondents may kindly be directed to offer appointment to the applicant as JBT Teacher under the category of Ward of Ex-serviceman, in the interest of just and fair play”
