Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to developments that have taken place, more specifically the enactment, i.e. The Himachal Pradesh Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Government Employees Act, 2024, at this stage, these proceedings be closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievances in accordance with law at an appropriate stage. Prayer is accepted.
Granting such liberty, the present proceedings are closed.
