(‘SJPNL’) submits that in accordance with the decision of Board of Directors of SJPNL, water connections have been sanctioned in favour of the petitioners in all these writ petitions, subject to completion of codal formalities by the petitioners as well as SJPNL.

the parties including the petitioners & SJPNL to complete all codal formalities at their respective ends within two weeks. It is hoped & expected that water shall be released in the sanctioned water connections within next two weeks on completion of codal formalities. Accordingly, the writ petitions to stand disposed of so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
