By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the
following reliefs:-
“ i) The respondent Corporation may kindly be directed to regularise the services of the petitioner from 1.4.2002 with all consequential benefits.
ii) The respondent Corporation may be directed to pay salary to the petitioner from the date of daily wage employment till regularisation on the principle of equal pay for equal work in view of the arduous nature of duties performed by him .”
