Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 26.12.2019 in CWPOA No. 195 of 2019, titled as, Sheela Devi vs. State of H.P. & others and affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He further submits that petitioners shall be content in case the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners in a time bound manner in light of judgment ibid .

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stand disposed of.
