“B.That a writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued thereby directing the respondent-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and provide/offer him the post of Clerk on compassionate grounds along with all consequential benefits.

C. That a writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued thereby directing the respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation dated: 10.04.2024 (Annexure P- 5).”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 10.04.2024 (Annexure P-5) seeking employment on compassionate grounds has still not been decided by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further stated that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner, in a time-bound schedule.

In view of petitioner’s limited grievance the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the

aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today. The order so

passed be also communicated to the petitioner.
