the petitioner (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner.

The case as set up by the petitioner is that

he has already served two winters and three summers in hard area i..e at Govt. Primary School, Kalhanidhar, District Mandi, H.P. and in terms of the ‘Comprehensive Guiding Principles, 2013’for regulating the transfer of the State Government employees, he has become entitled to be transferred and posted at a place of his choice.

Petitioner is stated to have submitted a representation to respondent No. 2 on 01.01.2024 but nothing has been done on such representation till date.

The Comprehensive Guiding Principles2013 provides for a concession to a government

employee to be posted at a place of his choice after

¶22

serving hard area for requisite period. Since, the petitioner has already completed his tenure in hard area, he has become entitled for aforesaid

concession and respondents are liable to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in

¶25

terms of the Comprehensive Guiding Princples-2013.

Prayer being innocuous is not opposed.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by

directing respondent No. 2 to consider and decide

¶29

the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) within four weeks from the date of the production of this order strictly in terms of the Comprehensive Guiding Principels-2013.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
