Compliance affidavit stands filed, stating
therein that after identifying the encroached land by the petitioner, possession thereof was not taken for interim protection, granted by the Apex Court, vide order dated 27.02.2025, passed in SLP Nos.27695, 27696 and 27697 of 2024 and the SLP is pending adjudication before the Apex Court.
In view of the above, present matters are closed, with direction to the respondents/State to take appropriate action, as and when required in accordance with law and in consonance with the orders passed by the Court and in terms of the order passed by the Apex Court.
