The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive reliefs:-
“i. That appropriate writ, order or direction may very kindly be issued directing the respondents to consider and offer appointment to the petitioners on batch wise basis for the post of Ayurvedic Pharmacist from the same date, when the persons junior to the petitioners on batch wise basis were offered appointment, in the interest of law and justice with all consequential benefits of pay, arrear, seniority etc.
ii. That appropriate writ, order or direction may very kindly be issued directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners in the light of judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in in CWP No. 7724 of 2021, decided on 15-09-2022 titled as
Dev Raj & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & another and further directed to give same treatment to the petitioners as has been given in the above mentioned case, in the interest of law and justice.”
