Petitioner is statedly serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Non-medical at Government Middle School Bagher under complex Government Model Senior Secondary School Kothi, Education Block Mehla-II, District Chamba, where he was posted on 25.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present area of posting of the petitioner is a sub-cadre difficult area falling under Education Block Mehla-II. Learned counsel further submits that on completion of 2 winters and 3 summers, the petitioner preferred a representation dated 26.09.2024 to respondent No.2/competent authority. Petitioner’s grievance is that the said representation

seeking transfer from difficult sub-cadre area on completion of 2 winters and 3 summers, has not been decided by the respondents. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in a time bound manner.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 26.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of two weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
