By way of present application,
indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to comply with the order dated 1.1.2024, passed in Cr. M.P. No. 4961 of 2023. The application is duly supported by an affidavit. The same is considered and allowed.
The order dated 1.1.2024, passed in Cr.M.P. No. 4961 of 2023 be complied with, on or before the next date of hearing. List on 31.3.2024.
It is further clarified that in case the
applicant fails to comply with the order dated 1.1.2024, in that eventuality, the protection, which has been granted to the applicant vide order dated 1.1.2024, shall be withdrawn, without indulgence of this Court and the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to proceed against the applicant, in accordance with law.
