applicant/petitioner submits that he does not want to file any reply to the application and he has no objection in case the present application is allowed.
In view this, the application is allowed and 20% of compensation amount is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent by remitting the same in his bank account as mentioned in Annexure P-1 , annexed with the application.
The application stands disposed of.
