Respondent stands declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 25.07.2013.
Despite making various efforts including publication of proclamation under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. and attachment of known property i.e., deposit in bank belonging to the respondent, no one has come forward to represent the respondent, nor respondent has turned up and the respondent stands declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 25.07.2013.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, present matter is closed and stands disposed of with liberty to the State to follow up and revive the matter on procuring the presence of the respondent.
