that during pendency of the present petition, parties have resolved to settle their dispute amicably interse them, whereby they have already filed petition under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of their marriage by way of mutual consent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition on account of subsequent developments. Ordered accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
