Learned counsel for the respondents has filed an affidavit wherein, it has clearly been stated that the entire arrears of the petitioner shall be cleared by 31st August, 2024. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition. The respondents shall abide by the undertaking given by them. In case, the respondents failed to do so, then the respondents will be deemed to have aggravated the contempt. Notice discharged.
