By way of the present application, a prayer has
been made to bring on record the LRs of petitioner No.4Meena Ram, who, during the pendency of the lis, has expired on 12.04.2020, leaving behind his LRs, whose names have been mentioned in para No.2 of the application.
In view of the no objection, made by learned counsel, appearing for the non-applicant, application under consideration is allowed. The proposed LRs of petitioner No.4 are ordered to be brought on record as petitioners No.4(a) to 4(c).
Application is, thus, disposed of.
Amended memo of parties be filed on or before
the next date of hearing.
