Application is not opposed and is allowed for the reasons stated therein. The amount lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court in FAO No. 93 of 2014, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant alongwith up to date interest accrued thereon, by remitting the same to the bank account of the applicant, the details of which have been provided in para-3 of the application, after due verification. Application stands disposed of.
