2. Upon listing of this application, which is formal in nature, the same is not opposed and the factum of death of respondent No.1 is not disputed. 3. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and disposed of.

that consequent upon the death of respondent No.1 [Krishan Chand], an application for bringing of record the legal heirs has been filed, which is not on record.
