This is an application under Section 151 CPC, seeking correction, in respect of applicant/ petitioner No.4 [Anita Koundal], in the Memo of Parties in the writ petition along with Memo of Parties in the judgment passed by this Court on 03.01.2024 in CWP No.10729 of 2023, titled as Priya Guleria & ors. versus State of Himachal Pradesh & ors., in which the applicant/petitioner [Anita Koundal] was a party as petitioner No.4.

3. Application being formal in nature is not opposed by Learned State Counsel also.

4. In view of above, the instant application is disposed of with direction to the Registry to carry out necessary correction in the Memo of Parties in

Writ Petition No.10729 of 2023, titled as Priya Guleria & ors. versus State of Himachal Pradesh & ors. and judgment dated 03.01.2024, passed by this Court, so far as it relates to applicant/petitioner No.4 [Anita Koundal], in accordance with norms and then to furnish corrected copy to applicant/ petitioner, if so desires.
