Heard. Even though the applicant did not

surrender within the time as was granted by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2024, however, taking into consideration

the fact that the marriage of the sister of the applicant/ petitioner is fixed for 28^th and 29^th February, 2024, we deem

it appropriate to take a lenient view and grant parole to the applicant/petitioner for one week i.e from 27.02.2024 upto 05.03.2024, subject to his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two local sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Superintendent Jail. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that the applicant/petitioner shall immediately surrender on 05.03.2024 by 5:00 PM by reporting to the concerned Superintendent Jail.

Registry is directed to prepare the release

warrants forthwith, so as to facilitate the release of the appli-

cant/petitioner. Application stands disposed of.
