2. The petitioner has come up before this Court, seeking the following reliefs:-

“a. That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus with direction in nature thereof to direct the Respondents to consider

1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes

and regularize the service of the Petitioner as Principal w.e.f. 28.10.20113 when he was placed as such.

b. That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or direction in the nature thereof to direct the Respondents to pay all permissible dues along with interest accrued thereon which would have accrued to him as a principal then.”

At the very outset learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Vanshaj Azad, Advocate, submits that notwithstanding the orders dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-23), the petitioner has made a fresh representation to respondent No.1-Principal Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, dated 13.02.2023, and then again on 15.06.2023, Annexure P-24 (colly), claiming consideration of his case for regularization as Principal (School Cadre) and thereafter for placement as Deputy Director of Education.

4. It is further submitted that representations, Annexure P-24 (colly), supra, are still pending and have not been decided as yet.

5. That being so, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with direction to Respondent No.1-Principal Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal

Pradesh, to decide representations dated 13.02.2023 and 15.06.2023, Annexure P-24 (colly), within three weeks from today, after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner also.

6. Needless to say that, this Court has not adverted to the rival contentions and merits of the matter and all questions of facts and law are left open.

In aforesaid terms, the writ petition as well as the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, accordingly.
