3. The petitioner is presently serving as TGT(Arts) in Govt. Middle School Baggi, u/c GMSSS Kupvi, Distrtict Shimla, stated to be a hard/tribal area. He is stated to have

completed the obligatory period of two winters and three summers as per the government policy at the present place of posting. Grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 10.05.2023 (Annexure P-3), seeking transfer from the

present place of posting to a soft station, is not being considered by the competent authority in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case directions are issued to the respondents/competent authority to decide the aforesaid representation within a fixed time schedule.

In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/ competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2023 (Annexure P-3) within three weeks from today in accordance with law and applicable policy. The decision so arrived at shall be communicated to the petitioner.
