Following order was passed on 17.06.2022:-
“During hearing of the case, an argument was raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- was required to be added to the basic pay of Rs.8240/- in terms of serial No.12 of the notification dated 27.09.2012, whereas respondents have added the Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- by construing Rs.6400/- as petitioner’s pay in the pay-band of Rs.5910-20200 + 2400 w.e.f. 01.10.2012.
Learned Deputy Advocate General seeks time to obtain instructions in this regard. List on 30.06.2022, as prayed for.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that
subsequent to the passing of above order, the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner have been granted to him.

Since the reliefs claimed by the petitioner have been granted to him, therefore, the petition has worked itself out. Hence, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
