10.04.2023 Present: Mr. P. S. Goverdhan, Advocate, for the plainti�.
Mr. N. K. Bhalla, Advocate, for defendants No. 2 and 3.
The value of the present suit for the purpose of jurisdiction has been assessed at Rs. 44,04,161/(rupees forty four lacs, four thousands, one hundred and sixty one only).
As per Noti.cation No. HHC/PJ/93-I, dated 17.10.2022 and Corrigendum dated 06.12.2022, Court of Senior Civil Judge shall exercise the jurisdiction in all Original Civil Suits, the value of which does not exceed Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty lacs).
Since the present suit has been valued by the plainti� at the rate of Rs. 44,04,161/-, as such, the same is transferred to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Sirmaur at Nahan, District Sirmaur, H.P., who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
Parties are directed to appear before the aforesaid Court on 31.05.2023.
The record be sent to the said Court forthwith, so as to reach well before the date .xed.
